How much does your service cost?
Our fee is determined by amount of time, materials, and work required to properly complete your service. We deliver quality service at a great value. We will be happy to perform an on-site evaluation and offer a service plan that will fit your needs. Please see our cost & info. page.
Do I have to sign a contract before you will service my property? Residential service does not required a contract. We provide a service agreement that explains our obligations to you. We want you to fully understand the services we will be providing. There are no hidden surprises.
Do you offer a monthly billing option? Yes. Monthly billing offers the convenience of having to write only one check each month for your service. We deliver invoices, which are due upon receipt, at the beginning of each month.
Do you offer any other discounts?
5% discount if they choose to pre-pay their service charges for the season.
10% discount on your first months bill if you refer a customer who has services done by Peak lawn care
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash or check as payment for our service. Monthly billing option or take 5% discount for full season pre-pay.
Can I have my lawn serviced on a specific day of the week? Our service routes are designed to minimize excessive travel time and distance. This helps reduce wasted time and fuel, which in turn allows us to provide a more affordable service. We try to accommodate requests for service on a specific day, but due to potential weather and routing issues, we cannot guarantee that your service will occur on a specific day of the week.
Can I have my lawn mowed every two weeks instead of every week? Turf should be mowed often enough so no more than 1/3 of the grass height is removed in any single mowing. A bluegrass or fescue lawn may need to be mowed every 4 to 6 days during the spring when it is actively growing but only once every 7 to 10 days when growth is slowed by heat, drought or cold. We recommend you allow us to service your lawn based on the growing conditions rather than a hard and fast time schedule.
Can I just call you when my lawn needs to be mowed? There are a finite number of slots available on our schedule. In order to maintain commitments to our regular customer base, we are unable to offer mowing service on an "on call" basis. If you find yourself in an unforeseen situation, we may be able to assist if our schedule permits, but our priority must be to service our regular customer base. In addition, fees may be higher if the turf has grown to the point of requiring us to cut more than 1/3 of it's height, as this requires significantly more time and causes greater wear and tear to equipment.
Do you offer mulching service? Replenishing mulch beds or establishing new ones can be done upon request. Contact us if you would like to receive a quote for this service.
Do you trim or remove trees? Tree trimming and removal requires specialized equipment and expertise to be done safely and correctly. In order to maintain focus on our core services, we do not offer tree service.
Do you apply fertilizer, weed killer, or pesticides?
We do not directly provide these services but we can arrange service for you through a reputable licensed professional if desired.
What if I'm not happy with your service?
We work very hard to provide quality service. If you ever have a concern about our service, please be sure to let us know. We will do our best to correct any deficiency or shortcoming. However, in the unlikely event that we are not able meet your expectations, you are free to terminate our services at any time.
